Whistler weekend

This weekend we headed up to Whistler to celebrate Claire and Dustin's stag/stagette! It was such great weather, here's the view from our townhouse balcony.

There wasn't a lot of craziness (like at my stagette), but we did play Cards Against Humanity!

Here are a few from our group, being silly in the village.

We walked through the Olympic Park. I was glad to see it in person, after seeing so much of it on TV dying the 2010 games.

This plaque made me tear up a bit! I am still so proud of ALL our medalists!

The group did a bunch of activities: white water rafting, ATV'ing, zip lining! We were only up for two out of the four days, so we opted to do our own thing and meet up with them for meals. We went to the Scandinave Spa.

It was AMAZING! We had a massage and then went for a dip in the hot and cold baths. It was so great, we'll definitely be back!

We also walked to Lost Lake Park.

It was a great little getaway, only 2 hours by car. I'm excited to go back when there's snow on the ground!
