What do you do when you feel a cold coming on? Here's a screen grab of something I found on Pinterest. It's not quite what I do, but close. I take one tablespoon each of:
apple cider vinegar
Add a dash of either cinnamon or cayenne pepper, and heat it in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Then I shoot it down in two or three gulps. The ACV is foul but it works like a charm!
