Tea at Vandusen Gardens

This past weekend was the hubs' bday - doesn't he look dashing??

As one of his (many!) birthday treats, I took him for afternoon tea at Vandusen Gardens. It's just at Truffles, their little cafeteria, that looks right out on to the lovely gardens. It was busy in there at first, but thinned out as our time went on.

And look at this spread! We chose the chocolate mint tea and roast beef sandwich, and they filled in the rest. I am always amazed at how stuffed I am after a lovely tea. And it was super affordable - $35 for both of us! We will definitely be back :)
