Starburst blankie

I've been rehearsing for Speech and Debate, and now that the show is up, I have some time during the performance when I'm backstage - crocheting! Here's another blanket I made for Handmade Hugs. I started it during our last week of rehearsals, and finished just as we were going into tech.

I used this pattern, from Creative Jewish Mom:
I love the edging. It reminds me of a giant cookie, for some reason!
It was very fast and easy. I hope they can make use of the blankets that I'm making, since they're smaller than regular blankets. I am mostly matching the colour and weight of the yarn they gave me. This would be a good size for a baby, crib, car or a nice cozy lap blankie.
