My husband has taken up running and he's SO good at it! I ... am not so good. I went with him last week and was dragging him down. I told him to go on without me, and then I walked and ran and walked and ran for about 40 45 minutes. This is the app I used - GPS Pedometer. I don't know how accurate it was, since I didn't put in my weight and all that. The hubs is using Run Keeper, which I signed on to use too. I hope to keep at it and be able to run 5 km without stopping. Sigh...it's a start, I guess!

  1. Good for you for starting. I"ve been using My Fitness Pal to track food and try to lose some pounds. I also use Runtastic to track steps. Gotta love these free apps.
