Granny Squares

Hey listen, I'm no newbie to granny squares, I've had a blanket in my WIP basket [closet] ever since I saw this one by ljc. But it's very slow going. So when I saw this pattern, I was inspired to actually finish a blanket.

I went gang busters at first. So many colour combinations!

It's a good watching TV project. I had about 12 squares the first night.

 Look! Almost ready for an entire strip!

But the problem is always weaving in the ends. Those pesky, pesky yarn ends!

I'll try and blog about my progress on this. Hopefully I'll have a complete blankie on my couch, instead of a mess of yarn ends.
