Adventures in Vodka

I received a huge bottle of vodka for my birthday. This was in addition to the huge bottle that I bought for myself! In fact, I have a lot of booze in the house right now: vodka, wine, more wine. So I thought I would try infusing some vodka. I saw this idea on pinterest and decided to give it a whirl.

Here are two small, empty jam jars. I put candy canes in one and green apple Jolly Ranchers in the other.

They dissolved in a couple of hours. They taste good too! The candy cane one is a bit sweet, but still yummy.
