Robin Hood cat

Next weekend my friends at Too Fly are having a fundraiser. This is the gang that produced Little Miss Glitz last year. They asked if I had any stock laying around to donate - and yes, I always do! But I decided to make them a cat like Verdi:
Too Fly has an upcoming burlesque-musical theatre show called Robin Hood, Prince of Tease. They said their colours were orange and green. So I made this cat! He's pretty solid, I put flax seed in his butt so he sits up straight.
And look, I made him a little Robin Hood hat too! He will be a silent auction prize, so I hope he enjoys his new home.

Sleepy

It's Wednesday, hump day. It's warm out, but a little cloudy and hazy. It's making me feel a bit sleepy - but I'm not the only sleepy one around here. Oh Verdi!

Pinkie the Bat

My friend is obsessed with bats and asked me to make her one. She sent me this as inspiration - how adorable!! And here's what I came up with:

Pinkie the wee bat, with a little flower in her hair:
She's not as small as the inspiration pic, just a bit bigger than a lipstick tube:
Here she is having a snuggle with Verdi:
