A Bit o'Baking

A food post, because I love food! I made some blueberry muffins that were super moist and yummy, because the recipe calls for yogurt and less oil. I used organic blueberries and they were SO sweet and delish!
I also made some date balls. Very simple, just dates, almonds a bit of water, and chocolate chips, all ground up in the food processor. The trick is to chill the "dough" for a half hour or so in the fridge before you roll them into balls. I flattened a bunch to look like cookies and sprinkled cinnamon sugar on them. They're still fairly healthy - I hope.
