Mindfulness: 30 day challenge

It's a new year and I'm up for a challenge! Starting Feb. 1 I will be taking an online 30-day mindfulness challenge. It's a course through work and I'm pretty excited about it! I have dabbled in mindfulness and meditation in the past, and always feel great when I devote a few minutes to being present and in the moment. I have also started leading sessions, like this one I did last year. And I'm starting up with another group this year too! So this challenge will be good for me - to practice what I'm preaching to others. I went to an info session and snapped this very lame picture. But I'm excited to get started :)
