Pumpkin Spice Muffins

It's fall, it's foggy, it's time for adding pumpkin into my diet! I found a few pins on Pinterest that had links to cupcakes made with two ingredients: packaged spice cake and a can of pumpkin puree. Sounds easy! So I gave it a try:
It WAS easy! Mix it all up, and pop them in the oven. The batter was very thick and I was a tad bit skeptical, but about a half hour later the house smelled great and the cupcakes turned out great. I sprinkled half with pumpkin seeds and the other half with cinnamon sugar. Notice one is gone in the phone. Hehe, I had to test it out. Will definitely make these again - maybe with some cream cheese frosting next time!
