Meditation and Thank you

It's been awhile since I posted about meditation and mindfulness, but I am still trying to incorporate them both into my life. After taking the summer course with Wendy Quan, I am able to lead my own sessions. I had the chance to do just that, with another unit at UBC. They were looking for a facilitator to do an intro session with them. I was a bit nervous since there were 17 people in the session. But it went GREAT! They were so open to try out the guided meditations and were just a great bunch in general. And look, they gave me a thank you plant and coffee card! Win-win-win!
